Your Monthly Membership Covers:
- Covers dental implants used to retain removable full and partial dentures
- Replacement of failing dental implants
- 2 exams per year including radiographs of the implants
- 2 x scaling/polishing of implants per year and additional 10% off full tooth cleaning or periodontal services
- Required soft tissue grafts that were not diagnosed within the first year after restoration are 25% discounted rate
- Lifetime implant warranty requires a minimum of 1 clinical exam, necessary radiographs, and 1 cleaning/polishing of implants per year
- Dental implants that require replacement will be replaced with the brand of dental implant that is being placed by the Denture Club of America at the time of replacement
- A failing implant is defined as:
- Mobile implant
- Encapsulation by soft tissue
- More than 1/3 of the implant is supra-crestal (above bone)
- Chronic peri-implant infection (more than 3 episodes of infection/drainage in a year)
