-MEMBERSHIP-

How do I qualify for membership?

You qualify for membership by having your initial treatment done at a Denture Club of America branch. This treatment cost is not included as part of your membership. This ensures quality craftsmanship and materials are used. If you have quality restorations placed by another dentist you may qualify for certification of these dentures and implants. You will need a certification exam and a small initiation fee will apply.

When does my membership start?

2 months of membership is included free with your initial treatment if it is performed at a Denture Club of America branch, so you are covered as soon as your initial treatment is completed. If you have your dentures and implants certified you are covered as soon as your monthly dues are paid.

How are my membership dues paid?

When you sign up for your membership at any of our clinics, our membership consultant will walk you through exactly what your plan offers and how your payment will be processed. Your setup fee of $29.95 and your pro-rated first month's dues are paid at the clinic at the time of signing up. For your future monthly dues, your payment date is the 5th of the month, and each month your account will be automatically billed. We also offer a discounted membership if you purchase annually.

Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time. Specific details are in your membership agreement. Note that if you cancel your membership fees will apply to reinstate it and you may not qualify to have a new denture made at 5 years. Contact a membership specialist for more details.

-DENTAL CARE-

Do you offer general dental care?

We are a specialty practice focusing on dentures, dental implants for dentures, and supporting services such as exams, extractions, bone grafting, and maintenance. Although we do not offer dental services to non-denture and implant patients, we do offer most general dental services to our patients with dentures and implants. These services, such as fillings and crowns, are offered to streamline your denture treatment. They are not included with or covered by your membership.

Do you extract wisdom teeth?

Occasionally we will extract wisdom teeth as part of your denture treatment, but otherwise we refer wisdom tooth extractions to an oral surgeon near the practice.

Can I get my remaining teeth and implants cleaned at Denture Club of America?

Yes, we have doctors and hygienists who can care for and clean your dental implants. If you have remaining teeth our hygienists can clean them. If you need advanced care you may be referred to one of our regional Denture Club of America specialty branches for periodontal care.

Can I have treatment at any Denture Club of America branch?

Yes you can! Your membership is accepted at our full network of branches.

-FINANCING-

Do you offer financing?

We do offer financing. We work with Care Credit and Lending Club financing companies. You can visit their sites by clicking on the links at the bottom of any of our webpages.

-MEDICAID-

Do you accept Medicaid for dental services?

Many of our offices accept Medicaid for your dentures and services associated with your dentures, such as oral surgery, cleanings, and fillings. Contact us to find your nearest Medicaid office.

Do you accept Medicaid for general dentistry if I don’t need a denture or implant?

Currently our practices in Downtown Seattle and Gig Harbor are the only practice that accept Medicaid for adult dental patients who do not need extractions, dentures, or implants. Contact us at (253) 833-9914 to schedule an exam at either of these offices.

Do you accept Medicaid for children?

Unfortunately our practices are not outfitted to treat children, therefore we do not accept Medicaid for them.

-INSURANCE-

Do you accept dental insurance?

Other than Medicaid, we are not signed up with any specific dental insurance companies but we can process your initial claim for you. Your membership specialist will help determine how much, if any, reimbursement you can expect from your dental insurance. The Denture Club of America membership is designed to be an alternative to dental insurance, so any benefits will only be applied to initial treatment.

Do you accept medical insurance?

Due to our experience with the lengthy claim process and poor percentage of successful coverage we do not to bill medical insurance.
